It has a big enough dust bin that can hold plenty of dirt until it's time to empty it, and its vacuum and mop system works great on both carpets that are hard and low-pile. It's also super quiet and we could watch TV while it was cleaning without feeling like it was blasting us with the sound.

Our test subjects were extremely impressed with how easy the machine was to operate and set up. They also appreciated the ability to clean all the messes that had accumulated on their flooring. It even did a pretty excellent job of removing pet hair and other messes that get on carpeting, although it wasn't as successful in tackling stubborn stuck-on stains.
